3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate asset and ownership details

  • Ensure assets are legally owned and transferable

  • Opt for data destruction services where required

4. Pricing & Value Recovery

We aim to offer competitive, transparent pricing based on real-time market value, asset condition, and volume. Final pricing is subject to inspection and mutual agreement.

5. Data Security & Destruction

Certified data destruction is available upon request. While we follow strict processes, responsibility for data security depends on the services selected by the client.

6. Logistics & Processing

We may manage reverse logistics through trusted partners to ensure safe, trackable, and efficient movement of assets.

7. Sustainability Commitment

We prioritize reuse over recycling wherever possible, extending asset life and reducing environmental impact. Non-reusable assets are processed through authorized e-waste channels.

8. Payments

  • Payments are processed as per agreed terms

  • Delays may impact ongoing or future services

9. Limitation of Liability

3SIX1 is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Data loss where destruction services were not engaged

  • Delays caused by external factors beyond our control

10. Intellectual Property

All website content and branding (except where expressly mentioned) belong to 3SIX1 and may not be used without permission.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in case of misuse or breach of terms.

​

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi alone.
